1. Purchasing Ticket/s for Events
1a. By purchasing tickets/entrance cards, visitors automatically accept the Rules & Regulations of the event organiser as well as the Conditions of the Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH.
1b. Upon leaving the venue, the ticket automatically loses its validity. Neglect of Rules & Regulations and/or misuse of the card will result in the handler being penalised and being removed from the event premises.
1c. Redemption of a card or ticket is not possible. In the case of entire or partial cancellation or in the case of an event being postponed, the Terms & Conditions of the event organiser will apply. The Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH acts only as a ticket agent and is not liable for the refund of entrance fees.
1d. With regard to TV broadcasts, it is the decision of the TV Company transmitting the event as to whether consent is given to additional recordings being made during, or in connection with the event. Decisions may be evaluated and conceded by the latter without reservation and compensation during any technical procedures.
1e. The entrainment of audio and video recording devices, bottles, glass, cans, sticks, weapons, fireworks, pets as well as other objects specified in the venue Rules & Regulations are prohibited.
1f. The Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH takes no liability for risks or hazards with regard to hearing and general health impairment as an outcome of the high volume of music at concerts.
The Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to each Löwen Alpin Card holder and are based on the Agreement between the Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH and the participating partners and with respect to the co-operation of the electronic guest card "Löwen Alpin Card", as well as the purchase of vouchers and tickets within the Löwen Alpin Card shop system of the Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH.
The Löwen Alpin Card permits all valid holders of a Löwen Alpin Card access to various attractions within the region of Saalfelden Leogang. The benefits are as per listed and described in in the Löwen Alpin Card brochure. The validity period (card season) is as specified in the Löwen Alpin Card brochure by the Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH.
4. Range of Services
The use of the services which are on offer, leads to a mutual contractual Agreement between both the Löwen Alpin Card holder and the Löwen Alpin Card partner providing the service.
The Löwen Alpin Card holder must take affirmative measures to note the partner operating hours, which are partially dictated by weather and seasonal conditions which do not cover the entire Löwen Alpin Card season. Longer waiting times may be the case for some partner attractions due to capacity and some establishments may require an appointment to be made in advance. The holder of the Löwen Alpin Card must be in agreement with the specified opening times of any Löwen Alpin Card partners as well as acknowledge any restrictions on capacity and access as stated by Löwen Alpin Card partner. The Löwen Alpin Card partner can also waive the rights of any compensation claims if the services offered are partly or not performed at all. The Löwen Alpin Card partner may be liable for gross negligence and intent, but not for ordinary negligence. Moreover, the Löwen Alpin Card partner takes no responsibility/liability for any valuables, items, or clothing of the Löwen Alpin Card holder.
The Löwen Alpin Card holder should also take further note that the Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH is entitled to be in agreement with the individual Löwen Alpin Card partner for important grounds on which decisions are made during the season or contract period, thus being it could be the case that the validity of the guest’s card be deemed null and void. As a result any consequential claims of any nature are not permitted against the Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH or Löwen Alpin Card partners.
5. Non-transferable / Damage / Loss
The Löwen Alpin Card is not transferable and is valid only in conjunction with valid photo ID. The card may therefore only be used by the person whose name which is stated or saved under that particular bar code. No replacement will be made for those who fail to claim a card. Loss, damage or technical defects are to be immediately reported to the Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH. The guest will be issued with a new Löwen Alpin Card as quickly as possible. As soon as the replacement card is produced for a damaged, lost or stolen card, the old card becomes invalid with immediate effect.
The electronic guest card is valid from the time it was acquired until the end of your stay in the Saalfelden Leogang region (upon which date the card will automatically become invalid). Validity is checked by partner enterprises, also see point 2 – Löwen Alpin Card season.
In order for the card holder to receive the benefits of the Löwen Alpin Card, it will be authorised by Löwen Alpin Card partners by means of a using a device or by visual inspection where the card holders name and number will be cross-checked for validity and identity.
If a Löwen Alpin Card is misused the Löwen Alpin Card partner/s are authorised, liable and entitled to withdraw the card from the guest. The cardholder is liable for the fraudulent use of the card by Third Parties. If a card is lost or stolen, the card holder is obliged to immediately report the incident to Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH by calling +43 (0) 6582 70660 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
The holder of the Löwen Alpin Card should note that the Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH is only responsible for the technical process between the card holder and Löwen Alpin Card partner.
The Löwen Alpin Card holder must clearly be aware that the Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH will not be responsible for any conceivable damages, regardless of whether the Löwen Alpin Card partner is to blame or not (unless there is an incident of liability) - the Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH is not liable for such damages, especially as Löwen Alpin Card partners are not agents of Saalfelden Leogang Touristk GmbH. Similarly, holders of Löwen Alpin Card can not oppose the Saalfelden Leogang Touristk GmbH for any services that have not been listed or met by the Löwen Alpin Card parnter/s.
Any disputes or conflict which may arise from the use of the Löwen Alpin Card as well as claims for damages or warranty, are to dealt with under the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Saalfelden as well as the application of that which Austrian law dictates.
11. Data Protection
When a guest applies for and receives the Löwen Alpin Card, data such as their address will be saved by the Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH for marketing purposes. The card holder may revoke their approval at any time.
